Audacy Graphic Designer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Overview
The Graphic Designer reporting to the Creative Services Manager, will be responsible for developing and designing digital ad creatives as part of Audacy’s centralized revenue operations Creative Services team. This individual will be expected to design digital ad creatives to deliver across our suite of digital advertising solutions including Amazon, Targeted Display, OTT and Social on a regular basis as well as serve as the primary contact with the sales team.
As needed, this individual is expected to provide strategic recommendations to ensure creative success.
This role is open to remote work in any of Audacy's 48 markets.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Build creative assets, including but not limited to display and video ads, landing pages, and social graphics that will deliver across a variety of programmatic platforms supported in house and with Audacy’s third party partners
Fulfill all assigned tasks within defined SLAs, with little to no errors
Provide recommendations for enhanced creative output and or performance related to campaign goal
Be the creative expert
Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
BS/BA/BFA degree or relevant experience
Hands on experience with design platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere
Experience with HTML, CSS, video editing and Google Analytics preferred
Experience with a workflow and project management platforms such as Trello, Notion, Monday.com, etc. preferred
Working knowledge of hosting solutions with GoDaddy a plus
General understanding of paid digital advertising campaigns a plus (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic Display networks, etc)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication, relationship management, customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience with TapClicks or other digital order entry and workflow platforms is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Portfolio of work must be submitted

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting base salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
